Inimco.com is managed by the private company Inimco. Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement explains what personal data we collect from you and how we use it. You will also find here what rights you have and how you can exercise them. This privacy statement applies to all interactions with you as a visitor to our website, as a customer or as a job applicant. We encourage you to read the summaries below if you’d like more information on a particular topic.

All personal data is collected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR).
This statement may change from time to time (see section 10).
1. Controller
BV Inimco (hereinafter: Inimco), company under Belgian law with registered office in 9140 Temse, registered in the Belgian legal entities register under the number 0663.600.061, is the controller for the processing of personal data obtained.
If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, you can always contact us via the contact details as described in section 9.
Inimco has appointed clipeum as Data Protection Officer.
2. Personal data we collect
Inimco collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our services. You provide some of these data directly, such as when you subscribe to our newsletter, submit a download request, book a demo version or contact us. We get some of it by recording how you interact with our services by, for example, using technologies like cookies, and receiving error reports or usage data from software running on your device. The data we collect depends on the services and features you use, and includes the following:
Name and contact data. We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data.
Demographic data. We collect data about you such as your country and preferred language. This is only applicable in the context of Google Analytics.
Usage data. We collect data about how you and your device interact with our services. This includes data, such as the features you use, the web pages you visit, and the search terms you enter. This also includes data about your device and the network you use to connect to our services, including IP address, device identifiers (such as the IMEI number for phones), and regional and language settings. It includes information about the operating systems and other software installed on your device. It also includes data about the performance of the services and any problems you experience with them.
Location data. We collect data about your location, which can be either precise or imprecise. Precise location data can be Global Position System (GPS) data, as well as data identifying nearby cell towers and Wi-Fi hotspots, we collect when you enable location-based services or features. Imprecise location data includes, for example, a location derived from your IP address or data that indicates where you are located with less precision, such as at a city or postal code level. This is only applicable in the context of Google Analytics.
Content. We also collect the content of messages you send to us, such as feedback, or questions and information you provide. When you contact us, such as for customer support, chat sessions with our representatives may be monitored and recorded. You have choices about the data we collect. When you are asked to provide personal data, you may decline. If you however choose not to provide data that is necessary to provide a service, you may not be able to download content such as whitepapers or reference cases, view webcasts or access alike materials. You can at any time withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. If however the processed data is necessary for the performance of a contract between Inimco and you, Inimco will process the data until no longer necessary for the performance of the contract.
3. Why we collect personal data and how we use it
Website contact form
When you contact us via the contact form on our website, we process your personal contact details in order to manage and answer your queries. The processing of your personal data in this case is based on our legitimate interest, namely to fulfil your request after you contact us.
Newsletter
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your e-mail address and name. This processing is based on your permission.
If you are a client of Inimco you will also receive our newsletter. This processing is based on our legitimate interest, namely to keep our clients informed about our activities.
You always have the possibility to unsubscribe from our newsletter via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.
Recruitment
If you apply spontaneously via e-mail or respond to one of our vacancies on our website, we will use your personal data for the purpose of the recruitment process. This processing is based on our legitimate interest, namely finding a suitable candidate for the position. This interest is always weighed against your interest as an applicant.
If we do not currently have a suitable vacancy for you, but we would like to keep you in our database for possible future vacancies, then if required we will always ask for your permission.
Demo
If you want to book a demo version or introduction on our website, we will process certain personal data about you. This processing is based on our legitimate interest, in particular to fulfil your request after you have contacted us.
Customer management
Within the framework of our customer management, we process customers' personal data. More specifically, this involves the processing of personal data for the purpose of drawing up and managing contracts, creating a customer file in IonBIZ and invoice administration. This processing is necessary for the execution of the agreement between you and Inimco.
Supplier management
We process the personal data and contact details of our suppliers and supplier contacts. More specifically, this involves processing in the context of supplier administration, invoice administration and payment of invoices. Such processing is necessary for the execution of the agreement between you and Inimco.
Compliance obligations
In order to comply with our legal obligations, certain personal data of our board members, shareholders and also of any legal representatives or proxy holders are processed. This processing is based on our legal obligations.
Software
If you use our software, we will in certain cases process your personal data. This mainly concerns login data. This processing is necessary for the execution of the agreement between you and Inimco.
4. Sharing personal data with third parties and to countries outside the EEA
We will not share your personal data with third parties without your prior and explicit agreement unless the applicable legislation forces us do so or unless this is necessary to complete a transaction or provide any service you have requested or authorized or to protect the rights or property of Inimco. We can however share your personal data with Inimco subsidiaries.
Your personal data may also be shared in the context of a business transaction, such as during the sale of (part of) the company or a reorganisation, merger, joint venture or other disposition of the company, its assets or shares.
Inimco will not transfer your personal data to countries located outside the European Economic Area. In the event that personal data is nevertheless transferred to the US, the applicable legal rules will be observed.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Inimco uses cookies (small files placed on the device you use to visit our websites) and similar technologies to provide our services and help collect data. Cookies allow us, among other things, to store your preferences and settings, provide interest-based advertising and analyze how our services are performing. Visitors to our websites are allowed to reject the use of cookies. When the use of cookies is rejected, some parts of our websites may not function properly. Inimco works with following external partners: Google / YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. For cookies placed by third parties, we refer you to the cookie and/or privacy statements that these parties give on their respective websites. Please also note that we do not exert any influence on the content of these statements, nor on the content of the cookies of these third parties.
6. How long do we keep your personal data?
Inimco retains your personal data for as long as necessary for purposes as stated above or to comply with a legal obligation incumbent upon us.
7. Protection of the personal data
No technological system is completely safe (resistant to hackers) regarding the provision of personal data. Inimco will, however, make all reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to / improper use / disclosure of your personal information and to minimize the risks in that regard. These efforts are always based on the current state of the art.
8. What are your rights?
You have various rights concerning the personal data we process about you.
You can exercise these rights by contacting us using the contact details set out in section 9.
Because of our identification obligation, we may ask you to provide us with a copy of your identity card.
1. Right of access and correction
If you wish to know which of your personal data Inimco processes and for what purposes, you may contact us. You may also request that any incorrect personal details are corrected or that your data is changed.
2. Right of deletion and restriction
You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data. It may be that certain data will be retained by Inimco after your request for deletion. For example, because we have a legal obligation to keep the data for a certain period of time.
If you have good reason to do so, you can request us to restrict the processing of your personal details. For example, because you dispute the accuracy of your data.
3. Right to object
If the processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest or is part of the fulfilment of a task of general interest or public authority, you can object to the processing of your personal data in a substantiated manner.
4. Right to data portability
If we process your personal data on the basis of your (explicit) permission or in the context of the execution of the agreement between you and us, you can request that we transfer the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, accessible and machine-readable form, or that we transfer them to another data controller, on the condition that the processing is carried out by automated means.
5. Right to withdraw your consent
If the processing of your personal data by Inimco is based on your (explicit) permission, you are entitled to withdraw this permission at any time. However, the withdrawal of your permission does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal of your permission.
6. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you have a complaint about the use of your personal data by Inimco.
