Inimco.com is managed by the private company Inimco. Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement explains what personal data we collect from you and how we use it. You will also find here what rights you have and how you can exercise them. This privacy statement applies to all interactions with you as a visitor to our website, as a customer or as a job applicant. We encourage you to read the summaries below if you’d like more information on a particular topic.

All personal data is collected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR).

This statement may change from time to time (see section 10).

1. Controller

BV Inimco (hereinafter: Inimco), company under Belgian law with registered office in 9140 Temse, registered in the Belgian legal entities register under the number 0663.600.061, is the controller for the processing of personal data obtained.

If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, you can always contact us via the contact details as described in section 9.

Inimco has appointed clipeum as Data Protection Officer.

2. Personal data we collect

Inimco collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our services. You provide some of these data directly, such as when you subscribe to our newsletter, submit a download request, book a demo version or contact us. We get some of it by recording how you interact with our services by, for example, using technologies like cookies, and receiving error reports or usage data from software running on your device. The data we collect depends on the services and features you use, and includes the following:

Name and contact data. We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data.

Demographic data. We collect data about you such as your country and preferred language. This is only applicable in the context of Google Analytics.

Usage data. We collect data about how you and your device interact with our services. This includes data, such as the features you use, the web pages you visit, and the search terms you enter. This also includes data about your device and the network you use to connect to our services, including IP address, device identifiers (such as the IMEI number for phones), and regional and language settings. It includes information about the operating systems and other software installed on your device. It also includes data about the performance of the services and any problems you experience with them.

Location data. We collect data about your location, which can be either precise or imprecise. Precise location data can be Global Position System (GPS) data, as well as data identifying nearby cell towers and Wi-Fi hotspots, we collect when you enable location-based services or features. Imprecise location data includes, for example, a location derived from your IP address or data that indicates where you are located with less precision, such as at a city or postal code level. This is only applicable in the context of Google Analytics.

Content. We also collect the content of messages you send to us, such as feedback, or questions and information you provide. When you contact us, such as for customer support, chat sessions with our representatives may be monitored and recorded. You have choices about the data we collect. When you are asked to provide personal data, you may decline. If you however choose not to provide data that is necessary to provide a service, you may not be able to download content such as whitepapers or reference cases, view webcasts or access alike materials. You can at any time withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. If however the processed data is necessary for the performance of a contract between Inimco and you, Inimco will process the data until no longer necessary for the performance of the contract.

3. Why we collect personal data and how we use it

Website contact form

When you contact us via the contact form on our website, we process your personal contact details in order to manage and answer your queries. The processing of your personal data in this case is based on our legitimate interest, namely to fulfil your request after you contact us.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your e-mail address and name. This processing is based on your permission.

If you are a client of Inimco you will also receive our newsletter. This processing is based on our legitimate interest, namely to keep our clients informed about our activities.

You always have the possibility to unsubscribe from our newsletter via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Recruitment

If you apply spontaneously via e-mail or respond to one of our vacancies on our website, we will use your personal data for the purpose of the recruitment process. This processing is based on our legitimate interest, namely finding a suitable candidate for the position. This interest is always weighed against your interest as an applicant.

If we do not currently have a suitable vacancy for you, but we would like to keep you in our database for possible future vacancies, then if required we will always ask for your permission.

Demo

If you want to book a demo version or introduction on our website, we will process certain personal data about you. This processing is based on our legitimate interest, in particular to fulfil your request after you have contacted us.

Customer management

Within the framework of our customer management, we process customers' personal data. More specifically, this involves the processing of personal data for the purpose of drawing up and managing contracts, creating a customer file in IonBIZ and invoice administration. This processing is necessary for the execution of the agreement between you and Inimco.

Supplier management

We process the personal data and contact details of our suppliers and supplier contacts. More specifically, this involves processing in the context of supplier administration, invoice administration and payment of invoices. Such processing is necessary for the execution of the agreement between you and Inimco.

Compliance obligations

In order to comply with our legal obligations, certain personal data of our board members, shareholders and also of any legal representatives or proxy holders are processed. This processing is based on our legal obligations.

Software

If you use our software, we will in certain cases process your personal data. This mainly concerns login data. This processing is necessary for the execution of the agreement between you and Inimco.

4. Sharing personal data with third parties and to countries outside the EEA

We will not share your personal data with third parties without your prior and explicit agreement unless the applicable legislation forces us do so or unless this is necessary to complete a transaction or provide any service you have requested or authorized or to protect the rights or property of Inimco. We can however share your personal data with Inimco subsidiaries.

Your personal data may also be shared in the context of a business transaction, such as during the sale of (part of) the company or a reorganisation, merger, joint venture or other disposition of the company, its assets or shares.

Inimco will not transfer your personal data to countries located outside the European Economic Area. In the event that personal data is nevertheless transferred to the US, the applicable legal rules will be observed.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Inimco uses cookies (small files placed on the device you use to visit our websites) and similar technologies to provide our services and help collect data. Cookies allow us, among other things, to store your preferences and settings, provide interest-based advertising and analyze how our services are performing. Visitors to our websites are allowed to reject the use of cookies. When the use of cookies is rejected, some parts of our websites may not function properly. If you continue to use our websites, without adjusting your cookie settings in your browser, you accept the use of cookies. The use of cookies can easily be rejected or withdrawn trough the browser settings. Inimco uses cookies and similar technologies for several purposes, including:

- Storing your preferences and settings: settings that enable our services to operate correctly or that maintain your preferences over time may be stored on your device.

- Analytics: In order to provide our services, we use cookies and other identifiers to gather usage and performance data. For example, we use cookies to count the number of unique visitors to a web page or service and to develop other statistics about the operations of our services.

Inimco works with following external partners: Google / YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. For cookies placed by third parties, we refer you to the cookie and/or privacy statements that these parties give on their respective websites. Please also note that we do not exert any influence on the content of these statements, nor on the content of the cookies of these third parties.

6. How long do we keep your personal data?

Inimco retains your personal data for as long as necessary for purposes as stated above or to comply with a legal obligation incumbent upon us.

7. Protection of the personal data

No technological system is completely safe (resistant to hackers) regarding the provision of personal data. Inimco will, however, make all reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to / improper use / disclosure of your personal information and to minimize the risks in that regard. These efforts are always based on the current state of the art.

8. What are your rights?

You have various rights concerning the personal data we process about you. 
You can exercise these rights by contacting us using the contact details set out in section 9. 
Because of our identification obligation, we may ask you to provide us with a copy of your identity card.

1.    Right of access and correction
If you wish to know which of your personal data Inimco processes and for what purposes, you may contact us. You may also request that any incorrect personal details are corrected or that your data is changed.

2.    Right of deletion and restriction
You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data. It may be that certain data will be retained by Inimco after your request for deletion. For example, because we have a legal obligation to keep the data for a certain period of time. 
If you have good reason to do so, you can request us to restrict the processing of your personal details. For example, because you dispute the accuracy of your data.

3.    Right to object
If the processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest or is part of the fulfilment of a task of general interest or public authority, you can object to the processing of your personal data in a substantiated manner.

4.    Right to data portability
If we process your personal data on the basis of your (explicit) permission or in the context of the execution of the agreement between you and us, you can request that we transfer the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, accessible and machine-readable form, or that we transfer them to another data controller, on the condition that the processing is carried out by automated means.

5.    Right to withdraw your consent
If the processing of your personal data by Inimco is based on your (explicit) permission, you are entitled to withdraw this permission at any time. However, the withdrawal of your permission does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal of your permission.

6.    Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you have a complaint about the use of your personal data by Inimco.

Inimco.com wordt beheerd door de besloten vennootschap Inimco. Uw privacy is belangrijk voor ons. In deze privacyverklaring wordt uitgelegd welke persoonsgegevens wij van u verzamelen en hoe wij deze gebruiken. U vindt hier ook welke rechten u hebt en hoe u die kan uitoefenen. Deze privacyverklaring is van toepassing op alle interacties met u als bezoeker van onze website, als klant of als sollicitant. Wij raden u aan de onderstaande bepalingen te lezen als u meer informatie over een bepaald onderwerp wenst.

Door onze websites te gebruiken, aanvaardt u de voorwaarden van dit privacybeleid.

Alle persoonsgegevens worden verzameld in overeenstemming met Verordening (EU) 2016/679 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 27 april 2016 betreffende de bescherming van natuurlijke personen in verband met de verwerking van persoonsgegevens en betreffende het vrije verkeer van die gegevens en tot intrekking van Richtlijn 95/46/EG (hierna: AVG).

Deze verklaring kan van tijd tot tijd worden gewijzigd (zie punt 10).

1. Verantwoordelijke voor de verwerking

BV Inimco (hierna: Inimco), vennootschap naar Belgisch recht met maatschappelijke zetel te 9140 Temse, ingeschreven in het Belgisch rechtspersonenregister onder het nummer 0663.600.061, is de verantwoordelijke voor de verwerking van de verkregen persoonsgegevens.

Indien u vragen heeft over de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens, kan u ons steeds contacteren via de contactgegevens zoals beschreven in punt 9.

Inimco heeft clipeum aangesteld als functionaris voor de gegevens-bescherming.

2. Persoonsgegevens die we verzamelen

Inimco verzamelt gegevens om effectief te kunnen werken en u de beste ervaringen met onze diensten te kunnen bieden. Sommige van deze gegevens verstrekt u rechtstreeks, zoals wanneer u zich inschrijft voor onze nieuwsbrief, een downloadaanvraag indient, een demoversie reserveert of contact met ons opneemt. Sommige gegevens krijgen we door te registreren hoe u met onze diensten omgaat, bijvoorbeeld door technologieën zoals cookies te gebruiken en door foutrapporten of gebruiksgegevens te ontvangen van software die op uw apparaat draait. De gegevens die we verzamelen zijn afhankelijk van de diensten en functies die u gebruikt, en omvatten het volgende:

Naam en contactgegevens. Wij verzamelen uw voor- en achternaam, e-mailadres, postadres, telefoonnummer en andere soortgelijke contactgegevens.

Demografische gegevens. Wij verzamelen gegevens over u zoals uw land en voorkeurstaal. Dit is alleen van toepassing in het kader van Google Analytics.

Gebruikersgegevens. We verzamelen gegevens over hoe u en uw apparaat omgaan met onze diensten. Dit omvat gegevens, zoals de functies die u gebruikt, de webpagina's die u bezoekt en de zoektermen die u invoert. Dit omvat ook gegevens over uw apparaat en het netwerk dat u gebruikt om verbinding te maken met onze diensten, inclusief IP-adres, apparaat-identificaties (zoals het IMEI-nummer voor telefoons) en regionale en taalinstellingen. Het omvat informatie over de besturingssystemen en andere software die op uw apparaat zijn geïnstalleerd. Het bevat ook gegevens over de prestaties van de diensten en eventuele problemen die u ermee ondervindt.

Locatiegegevens. Wij verzamelen gegevens over uw locatie, die zowel nauwkeurig als onnauwkeurig kunnen zijn. Precieze locatiegegevens kunnen gegevens van het Global Position System (GPS) zijn, evenals gegevens die nabije mobiele torens en Wi-Fi-hotspots identificeren, die wij verzamelen wanneer u op locatie gebaseerde diensten of functies inschakelt. Onnauwkeurige locatiegegevens omvatten bijvoorbeeld een locatie die is afgeleid van uw IP-adres of gegevens die minder nauwkeurig aangeven waar u zich bevindt, zoals op stads- of postcodeniveau. Dit is alleen van toepassing in de context van Google Analytics.

Inhoud. Wij verzamelen ook de inhoud van berichten die u ons stuurt, zoals feedback, of vragen en informatie die u verstrekt. Wanneer u contact met ons opneemt, bijvoorbeeld voor klantenservice, kunnen chatsessies met onze vertegenwoordigers worden gevolgd en opgenomen. Deze verwerking is noodzakelijk voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst tussen u en Inimco.

U hebt de keuze over de gegevens die wij verzamelen. Wanneer u wordt gevraagd persoonsgegevens te verstrekken, kan u dit weigeren. Indien u er echter voor kiest om geen gegevens te verstrekken die noodzakelijk zijn om een dienst te verlenen, is het mogelijk dat u geen inhoud zoals whitepapers of referentiecases kan downloaden, webcasts kan bekijken of toegang kan krijgen tot gelijkaardig materiaal. U kan uw toestemming te allen tijde intrekken zonder dat dit gevolgen heeft voor de rechtmatigheid van de verwerking op basis van toestemming voordat deze werd ingetrokken. Indien de verwerkte gegevens echter noodzakelijk zijn voor de uitvoering van een overeenkomst tussen Inimco en u, zal Inimco de gegevens verwerken tot ze niet langer noodzakelijk zijn voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst.

3. Waarom wij persoonsgegevens verzamelen en hoe wij deze gebruiken

Contactformulier website

Wanneer u contact met ons opneemt via het contactformulier op onze website, verwerken wij uw persoonsgegevens om uw vragen te beheren en te beantwoorden. De verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens is in dit geval gebaseerd op ons gerechtvaardigd belang, namelijk om aan uw verzoek te voldoen nadat u contact met ons hebt opgenomen.

Nieuwsbrief

Wanneer u zich inschrijft voor onze nieuwsbrief, verwerken wij uw e-mailadres en naam. Deze verwerking is gebaseerd op uw toestemming. 
Als u klant bent van Inimco ontvangt u ook onze nieuwsbrief. Deze verwerking is gebaseerd op ons gerechtvaardigd belang, namelijk om onze klanten op de hoogte te houden van onze activiteiten.

U heeft steeds de mogelijkheid om u uit te schrijven van onze nieuwsbrief via de uitschrijflink onderaan elke nieuwsbrief.

Rekrutering

Als u spontaan solliciteert via e-mail of reageert op een van onze vacatures op onze website, gebruiken wij uw persoonsgegevens voor het wervingsproces. Deze verwerking is gebaseerd op ons gerechtvaardigd belang, namelijk het vinden van een geschikte kandidaat voor de functie. Dit belang wordt altijd afgewogen tegen uw belang als sollicitant. 
Indien wij momenteel geen passende vacature voor u hebben, maar u wel in ons bestand willen houden voor mogelijke toekomstige vacatures, dan zullen wij u desgewenst altijd om toestemming vragen.

Demo

Als u een demoversie of introductie op onze website wilt reserveren, verwerken wij bepaalde persoonsgegevens van u. Deze verwerking is gebaseerd op ons gerechtvaardigd belang, met name om aan uw verzoek te voldoen nadat u contact met ons hebt opgenomen.

Klantenbeheer

In het kader van ons klantenbeheer verwerken wij persoonsgegevens van klanten. Het gaat meer bepaald om de verwerking van persoonsgegevens met het oog op het opstellen en beheren van contracten, het aanmaken van een klantenbestand in IonBIZ en de factuuradministratie. Deze verwerking is noodzakelijk voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst tussen u en Inimco.

Beheer van leveranciers

Wij verwerken de persoonsgegevens en contactgegevens van onze leveranciers en contactpersonen van leveranciers. Meer specifiek gaat het om verwerkingen in het kader van leveranciersadministratie, facturen-administratie en betaling van facturen. Deze verwerking is noodzakelijk voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst tussen u en Inimco.

Nalevingsverplichtingen

Om te voldoen aan onze wettelijke verplichtingen worden bepaalde persoonsgegevens van onze bestuursleden, aandeelhouders en ook van eventuele wettelijke vertegenwoordigers of gevolmachtigden verwerkt. Deze verwerking is gebaseerd op onze wettelijke verplichtingen.

Software

Als u onze software gebruikt, verwerken wij in bepaalde gevallen uw persoonsgegevens. Dit betreft voornamelijk inloggegevens. Deze verwerking is noodzakelijk voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst tussen u en Inimco.

4. Delen van persoonsgegevens met derden en naar landen buiten de EER

Wij delen uw persoonsgegevens niet met derden zonder uw voorafgaande en uitdrukkelijke toestemming, tenzij de toepasselijke wetgeving ons daartoe dwingt of tenzij dit noodzakelijk is om een transactie te voltooien of een door u gevraagde of toegestane dienst te verlenen of om de rechten of eigendom van Inimco te beschermen. Wij kunnen uw persoonsgegevens wel delen met dochterondernemingen van Inimco.

Uw persoonsgegevens kunnen ook worden gedeeld in het kader van een zakelijke transactie, zoals bij de verkoop van (een deel van) de onderneming of een reorganisatie, fusie, joint venture of andere vervreemding van de onderneming, haar activa of aandelen.

Inimco zal uw persoonsgegevens niet doorgeven aan landen gelegen buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte. In het geval dat persoonsgegevens toch worden doorgegeven naar de VS, zullen de toepasselijke wettelijke regels in acht worden genomen.

5. Cookies en soortgelijke technologieën

Inimco gebruikt cookies (kleine bestanden die op het apparaat worden geplaatst waarmee u onze websites bezoekt) en soortgelijke technologieën om onze diensten aan te bieden en te helpen bij het verzamelen van gegevens. Cookies stellen ons onder meer in staat om uw voorkeuren en instellingen op te slaan, op interesse gebaseerde reclame aan te bieden en te analyseren hoe onze diensten presteren. Bezoekers van onze websites kunnen het gebruik van cookies weigeren. Wanneer het gebruik van cookies wordt geweigerd, is het mogelijk dat sommige delen van onze websites niet goed functioneren. Als u onze websites blijft gebruiken, zonder uw cookie-instellingen in uw browser aan te passen, accepteert u het gebruik van cookies. U kan het gebruik van cookies eenvoudig weigeren of intrekken via de browserinstellingen. Inimco gebruikt cookies en gelijkaardige technologieën voor verschillende doeleinden, waaronder:

- Het opslaan van uw voorkeuren en instellingen: instellingen die een correcte werking van onze diensten mogelijk maken of die uw voorkeuren na verloop van tijd behouden, kunnen op uw apparaat worden opgeslagen.

- Analytics: Om onze diensten te kunnen leveren, gebruiken wij cookies en andere identificatiemiddelen om gebruiks- en prestatiegegevens te verzamelen. Wij gebruiken bijvoorbeeld cookies om het aantal unieke bezoekers van een webpagina of dienst te tellen en om andere statistieken over de werking van onze diensten te ontwikkelen.

Inimco werkt samen met volgende externe partners: Google / YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn en Twitter. Voor cookies geplaatst door derden verwijzen wij u naar de cookie- en/of privacyverklaringen die deze partijen op hun respectievelijke websites geven. Wij wijzen u er tevens op dat wij geen invloed uitoefenen op de inhoud van deze verklaringen, noch op de inhoud van de cookies van deze derden.

6. Hoe lang bewaren wij uw persoonsgegevens?

Inimco bewaart uw persoonsgegevens zo lang als nodig is voor doeleinden zoals hierboven vermeld of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke verplichting die op ons rust.

7. Bescherming van de persoonsgegevens

Geen enkel technologisch systeem is volledig veilig (bestand tegen hackers) met betrekking tot het verstrekken van persoonsgegevens. Inimco zal echter alle redelijke inspanningen leveren om ongeoorloofde toegang tot / oneigenlijk gebruik / openbaarmaking van uw persoonsgegevens te voorkomen en de risico's in dat verband tot een minimum te beperken. Deze inspanningen zijn steeds gebaseerd op de huidige stand van de techniek.

8. Wat zijn uw rechten?

U heeft verschillende rechten met betrekking tot de persoonsgegevens die wij over u verwerken.

U kan deze rechten uitoefenen door contact met ons op te nemen via de contactgegevens in punt 9.

Vanwege onze identificatieplicht kunnen wij u vragen ons een kopie van uw identiteitskaart te verstrekken.

1.    Recht op inzage en correctie
Indien u wenst te weten welke van uw persoonsgegevens Inimco verwerkt en voor welke doeleinden, kan u ons contacteren. U kan ook vragen dat onjuiste gegevens worden gecorrigeerd of dat uw persoonsgegevens worden gewijzigd.

2.    Recht op verwijdering en beperking
U heeft het recht ons te vragen uw persoonsgegevens te wissen. Het kan zijn dat bepaalde gegevens door Inimco bewaard blijven na uw verzoek tot verwijdering. Bijvoorbeeld omdat wij wettelijk verplicht zijn de gegevens gedurende een bepaalde periode te bewaren. 
Als u daar goede redenen voor heeft, kan u ons verzoeken de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens te beperken. Bijvoorbeeld omdat u de juistheid van uw gegevens betwist.

3.    Recht op bezwaar
Als de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens is gebaseerd op ons gerechtvaardigd belang of deel uitmaakt van de vervulling van een taak van algemeen belang of het openbaar gezag, kan u gemotiveerd bezwaar maken tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens.

4.    Recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid
Indien wij uw persoonsgegevens verwerken op basis van uw (uitdrukkelijke) toestemming of in het kader van de uitvoering van de overeenkomst tussen u en ons, kan u ons verzoeken de door u verstrekte persoonsgegevens in een gestructureerde, toegankelijke en machineleesbare vorm over te dragen of over te dragen aan een andere verwerkingsverantwoordelijke, mits de verwerking langs geautomatiseerde weg plaatsvindt.

5.    Recht om uw toestemming in te trekken
Indien de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens door Inimco is gebaseerd op uw (uitdrukkelijke) toestemming, heeft u het recht deze toestemming te allen tijde in te trekken. De intrekking van uw toestemming heeft echter geen invloed op de rechtmatigheid van de verwerking vóór de intrekking van uw toestemming.

6.    Recht op het indienen van een klacht
U heeft het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Gegevens-beschermingsautoriteit als u een klacht heeft over het gebruik van uw persoonsgegevens door Inimco;

9. Contact

10. Wijzigingen

Wij behouden ons het recht voor deze privacyverklaring van tijd tot tijd te wijzigen. U vindt de laatste versie altijd op https://inimco.com/privacypolicy.

11. Toepasselijk recht

Het huidige privacybeleid wordt uitsluitend beheerst door de AVG en het Belgische recht.
