Your job?

• You serve as the liaison between developers and customers, taking responsibility for a thorough analysis of customer needs and translating them into business requirements and functional specifications.
• After collecting accurate information, you conduct functional analyses, presenting concrete solutions that meet the demands of internal or external customers.
• You create wireframes and write user stories.
• Drafting acceptance criteria for developed user stories is also a key part of your role.
• Throughout your job, you maintain regular contact with internal and external customers, as well as with colleagues, including architects, project managers and developers.
